This watch is inspired by Red Pyramid Thing, also known as Pyramid Head from Silent Hill 2.

- 3 subdials: 24-hour display (3 o’clock), chronograph seconds (6 o’clock), and 60 minutes counter (9 o’clock)
- 60-second subdial at 6 o’clock features the iconic Seal of Metatron that fans are sure to recognize
- Dial design includes various patterns such as references to Red Pyramid Thing and the Otherworld: the imitation of rust on metal, uneven flesh-like patterns printed with UV circling hour markers, and a wire mesh pattern in the center
- At 12 o’clock is a motif inspired by Red Pyramid Thing’s iconic triangular helmet. Set against black seashell, different colors are reflected depending on the angle of light hitting it
- Hour and chronograph second hand are respectively modeled after the Great Knife and the Great Spear, both used by Red Pyramid Thing
- Case back etched with the “Silent Hill 2” official logo and James’ memorable words before his final fight against Red Pyramid Thing: “Needed someone to punish me for my sins. But that's all over now.”
- Comes in an exclusive watch box featuring the “Silent Hill 2” official logo
